EXCHANGE POLICY – ZAPPIFY

At ZAPPIFY, our mission is to deliver high-quality products directly to your home. Because we operate using a direct import model, our exchange policy is designed to be streamlined, saving you from the costs and hassles associated with international shipping services.

1. When can you request an exchange?

You may request an exchange in the following situations:

•        Defective product: If the item received has any manufacturing defect.

•        Product differs from the advertisement: If the delivered item is a different model, color, or technical specification than what was ordered.

•        Dissatisfaction (Change of mind): Within 7 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

2. The Exchange Process (Hassle-Free)

To make things easier for you, we do not require the product to be shipped back to our international supplier. To request an exchange, follow these steps:

1.      Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "EXCHANGE - Order #[Your Order Number]".

2.      Attach photos or a short video clearly showing the reason for the request (the defect or the discrepancy).

3.      Our support team will review the request within 5 business days.

4.      Upon approval, you may choose to:

-        Receive a new product: We will ship a new unit at no additional cost.

-        Store credit: Receive credit for the full purchase amount to use on any other ZAPPIFY product.

-        Refund: If you prefer, we will refund the amount paid (please check our Refund Policy for details on timeframes).

3. Important: Exchanges for Size/Color

Since our products come from international distribution centers, we strongly recommend checking the size chart available on each product page before finalizing your purchase. • Exchanges due to a size error made by the customer (when the delivered product matches the requested size) incur shipping costs that are the buyer's responsibility.

4. Product Conditions for Exchange

For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be:

•        Free from signs of use or wear.

•        In its original packaging and include all accompanying accessories/manuals.
